This week has been a bit of a write-off in many ways. It appears that I wasn’t suffering from cake withdrawal and was actually poorly enough to need antibiotics. This also meant that my knitting mo-jo has suffered a little bit too.
However, I do have one finished item.
The Baby Jester hat by Woolly Wormhead. This was a really quick knit especially as I did it in a chunky yarn. I love knitting Woolly Wormhead’s hat patterns and recommend hat knitting to everyone, even beginners. I think I might have to do some tiny matching socks, too!
On the subject of hats I am excited to be starting a new project this weekend when I collect my yarn from Littlehoundales at this weeks Farmers Market. I have the yarn on lay away (which technically classes as stash as I am already commtted to buying it!) The hat is from Louisa Harding’s “Three Graces” book and I am doing it in Grace and Grace Handbeaded in shades of purple.
It’s a lovely hat and suits almost everybody, perhaps even me!
